The space is primarily setup for two with a comfortable queen Murphy bed, but the couch also folds down into a futon bed for stays with 3 guests. This is a private half acre, the shed on back of property is used for storage and is locked up. 🔥❄️Brand new Mini split for AC and Heat! Snowbirds Welcome, inquire about longterm stays! 🏄♂️ We do not currently provide usable surf boards, but we are happy to recommend local surf instructors and surfboard rentals if you’d like to try your hand at conquering the gulf. 🏄 (all boards in the tiny home were locally surfed and are now retired as decorations)🏄 The Space features one Queen sized Murphy bed that folds down seamlessly, futon style couch, a smart TV, wireless internet, beautiful fire pit for camping out with the family after a long day at the beach. Property is only 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key, 0.4 miles from groceries, Foley one direction and Pensacola the other, 17 minutes from OWA and Tanger Outlets, under 30 minutes from beautiful Gulf Shores!! Approx 23 minutes from Navy Base NAS, great spot to unwind after visiting family or friends at the base ✈️ & only 21 miles from Pensacola Airport! This property is extremely centrally located! This Tiny Home is on a private half acre, there are neighbors on one side, separated by a brand new tall privacy fence on their own separate half acre. PET INFO : 🔒 🐾 Pet Rules & Fees • Pet fee applies (please add pets to your reservation) • Unregistered pets will be charged $125 per pet • Pets must be crated indoors when left alone • Do not leave pets outside unattended • Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage (not covered by the pet fee) please clean up after your pet. Additional House Rules & Policies: • 🐾Pet Policy🐾: Max 2 dogs (no other pets). $40 per pet for the entire stay. •Guest Policy: This home sleeps a maximum of 3 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome (up to 4 people total), but all non-overnight guests must leave by 10 PM. A $100 fine per person applies for unregistered overnight guests, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests must be registered in advance. • Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the entrance of the screened porch, facing the parking. It is motion-activated and records audio & video. The yard is fenced, but small dogs can crawl under the entry gate by the busy road if they like to venture off, for that reason we've left leash stakes in the ground in multiple spots for your use, as well as long leashes so they can roam freely!

Location
Plenty of room to park a boat with a very nice sized gravel driveway. Pensacola and Perdido Key are just to your east, and Foley/Gulf Shores are to the west! Also nearby Lillian, Daphne, Fairhope, Bon Secour, Orange Beach and surrounding areas. For exact distances please don’t hesitate to reach out!
