Please be sure to let us know how many pets you're bringing in your booking message. Additional House Rules & Policies: • 🐾Pet Policy🐾: Max 2 dogs (no other pets). $50 Pet fee per pet for entire stay. Unreported pets will incur a $100 fine. •Guest Policy: This home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome (up to 8 people total), but all non-overnight guests must leave by 10 PM. A $100 fine per person applies for unregistered overnight guests, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests must be registered in advance. • Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the entrance of the porch, facing the parking. It is motion-activated and records audio & video.
